Jesuseun Kayode Consulting is an independent real estate professional firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers duly registered and regulated by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to provide estate surveying and valuation services to individual and corporate organisations who keep their eyes on their properties’ present, future, and accurate value. The directors and key staff are members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and are duly registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
The company is also registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with business registration number 8610571 and maintains an up-to-date professional indemnity insurance cover for its advisory services.
Jesuseun Kayode Consulting undertakes general estate management services covering valuation of interests in land and buildings, plant and machinery, landlord and tenant management services, property buying services, property selling services, property letting services, project management services, facility management services, and other related real estate advisory services.
